Each candidate emphasized priorities anchored on global competitiveness, inclusive education, research advancement, innovation, and institutional excellence.

Meanwhile, Dr. Agnes M. Macaraeg underscored academic excellence through curriculum alignment, AI integration, global accreditation, and the development of a sustainable and smart campus supported by strengthened research and extension services.

Similarly, Dr. Robert V. Marcos emphasized research-driven innovation, technology transfer, and multi-sectoral collaboration to uplift communities and foster inclusive economic growth.

In addition, Dr. Marlon V. Gamido outlined his “TSU Forward” agenda, focusing on future-ready academics, AI-driven knowledge systems, sustainable infrastructure, and data-driven governance to strengthen innovation and societal impact.

Likewise, Dr. Jasper Jay N. Mendoza introduced the “DALAN” framework, focusing on governance, digital transformation, sustainability, and enhanced student and workforce support systems toward global competitiveness.

Furthermore, Dr. Niño B. Corpuz presented the “TSU Impact Framework,” highlighting industry-aligned curricula, micro-credentialing, research commercialization, and global positioning through transformative education.

Subsequently, an open forum enabled faculty members, students, and sectoral representatives to directly engage with the candidates through questions and discussions.

The activity aims to ensure transparency in the selection process and to gather stakeholder insights for the evaluation of applicants.
