The Communicators' Guild held its first turnover ceremony for communication materials for the Department of BS Mathematics today, February 14, at the College of Science building, Lucinda Campus.

The ceremony, prepared by the Communicators' Guild and hosted by member Kersten Oniate, featured the brochure created by 4th-year AB Communication students of TSU.

The Numerates, the official organization of BS Mathematics students, received the communication materials along with their department head, Ms. Meryliz Sison-Serrano.

In an interview with Kobe Garon, The Numerates President, he shared his feelings about receiving the communication materials.

"I'm grateful! I truly appreciate this initiative. It’s amazing to see the dedication of CASS students and the Guild in crafting something meaningful. Investing their time and effort to enhance communication and support student organizations like ours," Garon said.

He added that sharing these materials is a huge help, especially since BS Mathematics is known to be a challenging field and not often a first-choice course for incoming college students.

Meanwhile, COMM Guild President Romer Madrid shared in an interview what he felt after the successful completion of the turnover ceremony.

"Napakasaya kasi naging smooth lang yung process at magaan na naging katrabaho yung Department of Mathematics - The Numerates headed by Pres. Kobe, kasi naging smooth yung communication and na-iplan ng maayos and naging masaya yung outcome nung ceremony," he said.

This turnover ceremony was only the first of the many planned for the different departments across the university.
